Mikael Siirilä: Postcard Box No. 2 (Signed)

A limited-edition box of postcards featuring photographs by Mikael Siirilä shot between 2018-2019. The box contains a set of 10 postcards offset printed on smooth uncoated Munken Lynx 400g/m² FSC stock using a dense stochastic screening process. The cards are fountain pen friendly.

Mikael Siirilä is a Finnish self-taught photographer who has a minimalist and reductionist approach to photography. In his stunning abstract compositions, Mikael eliminates identifiable places and characters in order to encourage an intellectual reading of the picture and to let us imagine what is going on outside the frame. In this way, looking at his pictures, we are confronted with highly evocative images that transcend space and time.
