Harman Phoenix 35mm Film 36 Exposures
Harman Phoenix 35mm Film 36 Exposures
Harman Phoenix is the world's newest colour film. It's named Phoenix to represent rebirth and transformation as it's the first colour film made in the UK in many years and the very first manufactured by Ilford in Mobberley, Cheshire.
It's medium speed ISO 200 with a retro look good for portraits with strong blues and greens, very strong contrast and extreme grain.
As Ilford's first colour film it is experimental with some halation, occasional spotting, colour shifts with under/over exposure and inaccurate colour. It's a limited edition produced in small quantities with all the proceeds reinvested in further research and development and manufacturing capability.
Limited stock is available now, with more due early next year so we will only supply 5 rolls per customer.
If you're wondering why Ilford film is branded Harman it is because for legal reasons Harman Technology, the owners of Ilford cannot use the Ilford brand name on any new products, only existing ones.
